MANUFACTURING / QUALITY CONTROL
From active-part preparation and final assembly to inspection and manufacturing records, Shenyang Teda Transformer Factory coordinates the build around the approved electrical duty and project interfaces.
A transformer is not complete when its rating is selected. The electrical design, insulation system, mechanical arrangement, cooling method and site interfaces must remain aligned throughout manufacturing.
For new builds, replacement units and system upgrades, Shenyang Teda Transformer Factory uses the confirmed project requirements as the basis for manufacturing preparation, assembly review and release documentation.
Build planning follows the approved electrical duty, mechanical arrangement and delivery scope.
Existing dimensions and interfaces can be reviewed alongside the required transformer performance.
Inspection points and manufacturing records support review, release and project documentation.

Industrial transformer manufacturing begins with the electrical design translated into the magnetic core, windings, insulation clearances and mechanical support structure. Material preparation and dimensional checks are coordinated before the active part enters final assembly.

Tank arrangement, bushings, cooling components, terminals and auxiliary interfaces are assembled against the approved project configuration. For replacement transformers, footprint, connection direction and site constraints are reviewed together with the electrical rating.

Manufacturing records and inspection points follow the agreed technical requirements. Routine electrical checks, visual inspection and documentation review provide the basis for factory release and project handover.
